THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:

`The Motion for
the adoption of ,the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded, by Councilman Hints, and upon vote being taken thereon, the
follouipg voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilda, Councilmen Johnson,
jj Hints, Humphrey and xindreth. No one voted against.
�j Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
