I Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a spscist setting of the
'IVil.lage Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
125th day of August, 1969. The following members were presents
Mayor Hilde. Councilmen Bindseth, Johnson, dints and Humphrey.

Councilman Hintz introduced the following Resolution and moved

Whereupon-the-Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
