S - The notion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
j' sscataded by Cou�[rlsan Johnson, and upon vote: being tafic -thereon,
1 the following voted In favor thereof: !mayor Riede, Cousci]aan Slats,
j� Johnson, Kie4seth and Humphrey. No one `rated .against.

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly Weed and adopted.
