Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 18th
day of,August, 1969. The following members were present: Mayor Hiide,
Councilmen Kindseth and Hintz. The following members were absent:
Councilmen Humphrey and Johnson.

Councilman Kindseth introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 69-283
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH: TO REGRETFULLY ACCEPT THE RESIGNATION OF ADMINISTRATOR
GERALD SPLINTER WHO HAS BEEN A GREAT ASSET TO THE VILLAGE DURING HIS TENURE
FOR PLYMOUTH. THE COUNCIL WISHES HIM THE BEST, SUCCESS IN HIS NEW RESPONSIBILITEXS.t
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing' Resolution` was duly
seconded by Councilman Hintz, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following'
voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Kindseth and Hintz. No one
voted against.
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
