Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 18th
day of Auguet, 1969. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde,
Councilmen Kindseth and Hintz. The following Members were absent:
Councilmen Humph ev and Johnson.
Councilman Hintz introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 69-282
NOW THEREFORE., BE IT HERESY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH: AUTHORIZING THE ADMINISTRATOR AND TREASURER TO CHANGE
THE PRESENT HOSPITALIZATION COVERAGE. OF THE PROVIDENT MUTUAL COMPANY TO BLUE
SHEILD COMPANY EFFECTIVE SEPTEMBER 1, 1969.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Kindseth, and upon vote being taken thereon, the

following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Kindseth and Hintz.
ii No one voted against.
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

T, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk -
Administrator of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify
that I have carefully compared the attached and foregoing extract
of the minutesof a regular meeting of the Village Council of said
Village held August 18, 1969, with the original thereof on file in
my office and the same is a full, true and complete transcript there-
from.
WITNESS, My hand officially as such Clerk -Administrator and the
corporate seal of the Village this 23rd day of September, 1969.
