VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH
August 18, 1969
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meet-
ing of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth was held
on August 18, 1969, at 7:30 o'clock P.M., at the Village Hall
at 13800 State Highway No. 55,.
The following members were present: Mayor Hilde,
Councilmen Hintz, amn* Kindseth aatdxZsp :1 and the
following members were absent: MbW Councilmen Humphrey and
Johnson.
Resolution No. F"- 281
Councilman Kindseth introduced the following resolution
and moved its adoption:
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
1. It is hereby determined to be necessary, proper
and expedient and in the interest of the public
health, convenience and general welfare of the
citizens of the Village of Plymouth to acquire
easements for sanitary sewer purposes over the
following described property located within said
Village of Plymouth, County of Hennepin, State
of Minnesota, to -wit:

Perr,atual casements for the construction, operation, maintenance
and repair of a sanitary sewer and appurtenances thereto over,
under and across those following described tracts or parcels of
land wherein a permanent easement is requested; and temporary ease-
ments expiring on the first day of July, 1970, or when construction
' is completed, whichever event occurs first, for the construction of
a sanitary sewer and appurtenances thereto over, under and across
those following described parcels wherein a temporary easement is
requested.

A perpetual sanitary sewer easement over that part of Lot 5, Block 1,
Snyder's Pineridge lying within a 20 foot strip of land the center-
line of which is described as follows: Commencing at the Southwest
corner of Lot 1, Block 1, Snyder's Pineridge thence Northerly along
the Westerly line of said Lot 1 for a distance of 125.0 feet to the
point of beginning of the line to be described, thence Easterly de-
flecting to the right 960 a distance of 100 feet, thence Northeasterly
deflecting to the left 44923102" a distance of 81.34 feet, thence
Northeasterly deflecting to the left 19033125" a distance of 297.34
feet; thence Northerly deflecting to the left 10°02131` a distance of
205.88 feet; thence Northerly deflecting to the left 23°20'14' a
distance of 251.88 feet; thence Northeasterly deflecting to the right
41°29143" a distance of 471.88 feet to a point on the Southerly line
of Lot 7, Block 4, Sunny Acres distai.t 61.71 feet Westerly of the

2. The Mayor and Village Attorney of the said Village
of Plymouth are hereby authorized to acquire ease-
ments over said lands for the aforementioned purpose
and to take any and all legal stpes necessary to
such proceedings.
The motion to adopt the resolution was seconded by
Councilman Hintz , and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen
Hintz and Kindseth.
and the following voted against the same: None; whereupon
said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, DEWAN BARNES, being the duly qualified and acting
Clerk -Administrator of the Village of Plymouth, Hennepin
County, Minnesota, do hereby certify that I have examined the
attached and foregoing copy of a resolution authorizing condemna-
tion of certain lands within the Village of Plymouth and that
the same is a true and correct copy of a resolution duly
passed by the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth on
the 18th day of August, 1969, as the same is set forth in the
minutes of the meeting of said Council on file and of record
in my office.
