i# Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting -of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 18th
' day of Ayoet, 1969. The following mashers were present: Mayor Hilde,
Councilmen Kindseth and Hintz. The following members were absent:

Councilmen Humphrey and Johnson.
'j Councilman Hintz introduced the foliowing Resolution and moved its

;! NOW THEREFORE, BE IT -HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
!! VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH? APPROVING THE FINAL PAYMENT TO NORTHERN CONTRACTING
i
COMPANY ON THE GLEANLOCH ACRES CONTRACT.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Aindseth, and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: -Mayor Hilda, Councilmen Kindseth and Hintz,'
No one voted against.
Whereupon the Resolutions was declared duly passed and•adpoted.
