Pursuant to due call and notice theteof, a regular meeting of the {

Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 18th
kday of August, 1969. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde,
z Councilmen Kindseth and Hintr. The following members were absent:

I Councilman Kindseth introduced -the following Resolution and moved its

I NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE

ri VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH: APPROVING THE REGULAR DISBURSEMENT OF THE FIRST NATIONAL
BANK OF WAYZATA OF AUGUST 18, 1969 IN THE AMOUNT OF $1,073,770.14
f€ The motion for the ,adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly

seconded by Councilman Hintz, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following.
!' voted is favor thereof: Mayor H lde, Councilmen Kindseth and Hintz.. No ane
i voted against.
Whereupon the Resolution was declare -duly passed and adopted.
