NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVEf1 BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH: APPROVING THE CONSTRUCTION AND SINKING FUND DISBURSEMENT
OF AUGUST 18, 1969 FOR THE FIRST NATIONAL 'BANK OF MINNEAPOLIS IN THE AMOUNT
OF $549,604.31.
The motion for the adoptionof the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Kindseth', and 'upon vote being taken thereon, the
I following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Kindseth and Hintz
No one voted against.
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk -
Administrator of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify
that l have Carefully campared'the attached: -and foregoing extract
of the minuts of a regular meeting of the Village Council of said
Village hold August 18, 1969, with the original thereof on file
in nay office and the same is a full, true and complete transcript
therefrom.
