VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice therof a regualar meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the l8th
day of August, 1969. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde,
Councilmen Kindseth and Hintz. The following members w: -e absent. Councilmen
Humphrey and Johnson.
Councilman Hintz introduced the following Resolut::-)n and moved its
adoption:

14OW THEREFORE, BE IT UEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH: APPROVING THE REFUND OF INTEREST PAID ON KINGSVIEW
i; S ''41TARY SEWER TO PHILIP HALLUT.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Kindseth, and upon vote being taken thereon, the

y following voted in favor thereof, Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Kfndseth and Hintz.
No one voted against.
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
