HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1969-273VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 18th day of August, 1969. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Kindseth and Hintz. The following members were absent: Councilmen Humphrey and Johnson. Councilman Hintz introduced tate following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 69-273 WHEREAS, Aaerican Pipe Cleaning Company request an extension in time for the repair of sanitary sewer lines as caused by chemicals from Universal Circuits, Inc. Project 169-1h. a NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH: GRANTING THE TIME EXTENSION REQUEST FOR SANITARY SEWER i REPAIR TO AMERICAN PIPE CLEANING COMPANY. :i The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded I by Councilman: Kindseth, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted i� in favor therof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Kindseth and Hintz. No one voted against.
