Pursuant co due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
Village Cour--il of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was heli on the 18th
day of Augus-, 1969. The following members were present: Mayor Hi.lde,
Councilmen k+adseth and Hintz, The following members were absent: Councilmen
Johnson and h,mphrey.

Mayor Hilde introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 69-272
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH: DIRECTING THE ENGINEER TO HAVE THE STREETS IN THE
SOUTHWEST P60JECT #68-1E SPRINKLED ONCE A DAY DAILY ON AN HOURLY COST BASIS,
WHICH SPRINKLY SHALL COt114ENCE TUESDAY, AUGUST 19TH.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Hintz, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hi=de, Councilmen Kindseth and Hintz. No one
voted against.
Whereupon the Resolution was declare' duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk -
Administrator of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify
that I have carefully compared the attached and foregoing extract
of the minutes of a regular meeting of the Village Council of said
Village held August 18, 1969, with the original thereof on file in
my office and the same is a full, true and complete transcript
therefrom.
WITNESS, My hand officially as such Clerk -Administrator and the
corporate seal of the Village this 23rd day of September, 1969.
