Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 18th
day of August, 1969. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde,
Councilmen Kindseth and Hintz. The following members were absent: Councilmen
Humphrey and Johnson

Councilman Kindseth introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 69-271
k WHEREAS, Metro Development Corporation, 12700 Wayzata Blvd, Minneapolis,

Minnesota request preliminary Plat approval of Metro Industrial Park.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAC L OF PLYMOUTH: APPROVAL OF THE PRELIMINARY PLAT OF METRO INDUS"RIAL
j PLAT IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION OF JULY 30,
1969, SUBJECT TO DEDICATION OF RIGHT OF WAY FOR NECESSARY GREEN STRIP EASEMENT
ON THE BEST SIDE OF NIAGARA LANE WITH FURTHER STUDY AS TO THE WIDTH OF THIS
STRIP.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Hintz, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Kindseth and Hintz. No one
voted against,
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

Administrator of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify
