Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 18th
day of August, 1969. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde,
Councilmen Kindseth, Hintz. The following members were absent: Councilmen

Humphrey and Johnson.
Councilman Hintz introduced the following Resolution and moved its

adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 69-270
+ WHEREAS, J & G Construction Company, 16925 County Road #24, Wayzata,
Minnesota request preliminary plot plan approval of Greentree South.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
I VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH: APPROVAL OF THE PRELIMINARY PLOT PLAN AS REVISED
,i JULY 30, 1969, COVERING GREENTREE SOUTH DEVELOPMENT LOCATED DIRECTLY SOUTH
j OF OAKWOOD HILLS 1ST AND 2ND ADDITION WEST OF STATE HIGHWAY 0101 NORTH OF
SNYDERS LAKE AND EAST OF IMPERIAL HILLS, SUBJECT TO ADDITIONAL SEVEN FEET OF
j
RIGHT-OF-WAY ALONG TRUNK HIGHWAY #101.
i The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
itseconded by Councilman Kindseth, and upon vote being taken there---, the
following voted in favor therof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Kindseth and Hintz.
No one voted against.
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk -
Administrator of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify

of the minutes of a regular meeting of the Village Council of said
Village held August 18, 1969, with the original thereof on file in
my office and the same is a full, true and complete transcript
theref ram.
