Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 18th
day of August, 1969. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde,
Councilmen Kindseth and Hintz. The following members were absent: Councilmen
Humphrey and Johnson.
Councilman Kindseth introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:

RESOLUTION NO, 69-268
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH: GRANLING A BINGO PERMIT TO THE ALCOHOLICS ANONYMOUS
ORGANIZATION TO BE USED ON SEPTEMBER 21, 1969.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Hintz, and upon vote being taken thereon the following
jvoted in favor thereof: Mayor Rilde, Councilmen Kindseth and Hintz. No one
voted against.
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk-
; Administrator of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify

my office and the same is a full, true and complete transcript
