Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meting of the
,,VYlYage.CouncY1 of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 18th

day of August 1969, The following members were present: Mayor Hilde,
Councilmen Kindseth and Hintz.The following members were absent: Councilmen
Humphrey sad. Johnsoa..
Councilman Hintz introduced the following Resolution and moved its

adoption: f
RESOLUTION K0. 69-264
WHEREAS, Na r Construction Company, Inc. requested a 211' Sideline Waiver
on either side of a proposed house at 17000--D 11th Avenue North.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH: APPROVING THE REQUEST OF NARK CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, INC.
FOR A 2WSIDELINE WAIVER ON EITHER SIDE OF A PROPOSED HOUSE AT 17000-D 11th
} AVENUE NORTH. }.
The motion. for, the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Kindseth., and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof. Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Kindseth and Hintz.
1 No one voted against.
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed said adopted.
