RESOLUTION NO. 69-262
WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve: The upgrading of the land south
{ of State Highway, #55 to the north line of Section 20 Project #69,1,0,$-C

s` and assess the abutting property for ell or a portion of the cost of the

Improvement, pursuant to M.S.A. Sec.% 429.011 to 429.111.

that the proposed Improvement be referred:'to the Village
Engineer %r. study, and that he Is instructed to report
f1 to the Council with all convenient speed, advise the Council
1f in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improveomt
is feasible and as to whether it should best be made as
proposed or in cannectfon with some other improvement and
the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended."
fi 1he motion was seconded by Councilmen Johnson and upon vote being taken

thereon, the following voted in favor of the motion: Mayor Hi.lde, Councilmen
Johnson,: Hintz and Kindseth. No one voted against.
Whereupon the motion was declared duly passed and adopted.
