RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT
s Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesotan was held on the 4th
day of August, 1969. The following members were present: Mayor Slide,

Councilam Hints, Humphrey, Johnson and Kindseth. The following members
were absent: None

E Councilman Hintz introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 69-253
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH: ACCEPTING THE PRELIMINARY REPORT OF MR. OTTO BONESTROO,
VILLAGE ENGINEER, FOR SEWER AND WATER SERVICE TO THE NEV SCHOOL ON ZACHARY
LANE (DISTRICT #281).
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Johnson, and upon vote being taken°thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Nayor..Hilde, Councilman Hintz, Humphrey,
Johnson, and Kindseth. Po one voted against.
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
