Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was ht1d on the 4th

day of August, 1969. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde,
j Councilmen Hints, Humphrey, Johnson and Kindseth. The following members
i,
fwere absent: None
Councilman Humphrey introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
i RESOLUTION NO. 69-252

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
i VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH: RELEASING THE BOND FOR OAKWOOD FIRST ADDITION.

= The notion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Johnson, and upon votebeing taken thereon, the
i
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hintz, Humphrey,
Johnson and Kindseth. No one voted against.

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and -adopted.
