VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village
Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 4th day of Augusl
1969.
The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hintz,
Hunphrey, Johnson and Kindseth. The following members were absent: None
Councilman Hintz introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 69-249
WHEREAS, Mr. Mervin R. Klatte, 18150 D 30th Avenue North, Wayzata, Minn
requested Conditional Use Permit to erect a sign on Highway f55 and railroad
bridge in Hamel.

'! NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE V
i OF PLYMOUTH: APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR MR. MERVIN KLATTE TO

x ERECT A SIGN IN AN R-0 DISTRICT DIRECTIONAL FOR ELM CREEK GOLF COURSE.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Johnson, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted -
in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hintz, Humphrey, Johnson and

Kindseth. No one voted against.
!I Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk -
Administrator of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify
that i have carefully compared the attached and foregoing extract
of the minutes of a regular meeting of the Village Council of said
Village held August 4, 1969, with the.original thereof on file in
my office and the same is a full, true and complete transcript
therefrom.
WITNESS, My hand officially as such Clerk -Administrator and the
corporate seal of the Village this 11th day of September, 1969.
