HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1969-248VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH j Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 4th day of August, 1969. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hintz, Humphrey, Johnson and Kindseth. The following members were absent: None Councilman Humphrey introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 69-248 NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH: DIRECTING THE ADMINISTRATOR, THE FISCAL AGENT AND THE ATTORNEY TO PREPARE A REPORT AS TO WHY WE SHOULD CHANCE THE ORDINANCE FROM FIVE YEARS TO TEN YEARS IN REGARDS TO THE ASSESSMENT OF IMPROVEMENTS IN NEWLY PLATTED AREAS The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Johnson, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hintz, Humphrey, Johnson and Kindseth. No one voted against. Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. STATE OF MINNESOTA ) COUNTY OF HENNEPIN ) SS. VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH ) I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk-Administra of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared the attached and foregoing extract of the minutes of a regular meeti of the Village Council of said Village held August 4, 1969, with the original thereof on file in my office and the same is a full, true and complete trans- cript therefrom.
