VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH

Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was ,ield on the 4th day of .August, 1969.
The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hintz, Humphrey,
Johnson and Kindseth. The following members were absent: None

Councilman Humphrey introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 69-246

WHEREAS, Carter 6 Gertz, Inc. requested a subdivision waiver on property
i
located at 3135 North Fernbrook Lane, Plymouth, Minnesota. The East 2640' of
the North 660.0' of the South 5/8 of the Southeast 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4
i of Sec. 21, T. 1180 R.22 except the North 165.0' thereof, also except the
Easterly 33.0' thereof for road.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
1. That the requirements of Ordinance No. 66-1 of the
Village of Plymouth passed on January 10, 1966, and
filed on April 6, 1966, in Book 1035 of Miscellaneous
Records, page 497, Register of Deeds, Hennepin County
Minnesota, relating to the conveyance of parcels of
land less than five (5) acres in area and 300 feet in
width are hereby waived as to the following described
lands.
TRACT A: The South 495 feet of the North 660 feet of the East 264 feet
ut the Southeast 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 21, Township
118, Range 22. Subject to road easement over the East 33 feet
thereof.
TRACT B: The South 5/8 of the Southeast 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of Section
21, Township 118, Range 22, except the East 16 rods of the North
40 rods thereof. Subject to road easement over the East 33 feet
thereof. The North 1/2 of the Northeast 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4
lying Northerly of the Northerly right of way line of. State Highway
No. 55. Subject to road easement over the East 33 feet thereof.
Area of above described tracts: 36.64 acres (excluding roads)
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Johnson, and upon vo*-e being Laken thereon, the
if
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hintz, Humphrey,
Johnson, and Kindseth. No one voted against.
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
