Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 4th
! day of August, 1969, The following members were present: Mayor Hilde,
Councilmen Hintz, Humphrey, Johnson and Kindseth. There were no members ab
Councilman Johnson introduced the following Resolution and moved its

adoption:
1 RESOLUTION NO. 69-245
WHEREAS, Arthur F. Kreatz, 16930 County Road 6, Wayzata, Minnesota,
requested a subdivision waiver Plat 43729-5610.
NOW THEREFORE, BE 11 HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
1. That the requirements of Ordinance No. 66-1 of the
Village of Plymouth passed on January 10, 1966, and
filed on April 6, 1966, in Book 1035 of Miscellaneous
Records, page 497, Register of Deeds,_ Hennepin County
Minnesota, relating to the conveyance of parcels of
land less than five (5) acres in area and 300 feet in
width are hereby waived as to the following described
lands.
TRACT A: That part of Lot 8 lying West of the East 93 feet thereof, and
the East 54.46 feet of Lot 7, Block 2, Kreatz Highview Acres Fourth
Addition.
TRACT B: That part of Lot 7 lying West of the East 54.46 feet thereof,
Block 2, Kreatz Highview Acres Fourth Addition.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly

seconded by Councilman Hintz, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hintz, Humphrey, Johnson
and Kindseth, No one voted against.
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
