Pursuant to due call and notice there of, a regular meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 4th
day of August, 1969. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde,
Councilmen Hintz, Humphrey, Johnson and Kindseth. The following members
iwere absent: None
i Councilman Johnson introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 69-243
WHEREAS, Dr. James H. Hunder, 17720 D 25th Avenue North requested
Site Plan Approval.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH: THE APPROVAL OF THE SITE PLANS FOR DR. J. H. HUNDER
FOR A DENTAL CLINIC ON EVERGREEN LANE AND HIGHWAY #55 BASED ON THE
BY THE ENGINEER AS TO THE POSSIBILITY OF ACQUIRING RIGHT OF WAY FROM THE STATE 1,
FOR USE AS A SERVICE ROAD FOR ACCESS TO THE PROPERTY. HOWEVER, IF THE VILLAGE
IS UNDABLE TO ARRANGE WITH THE STATE FOR THE USE OF THIS SERVICE ROAD, THEN
THE SITE PLAN IS APPROVED BASED ON THE SITE PLAN APPROVAL BY THE PLANNING
COMMISSION.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Humphrey, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted
in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hintz, Humphrey, Johnson and Kindset
No one voted against.
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk-Administratc
of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereLy certify that I have carefully
compared the attached and foregoing extract of the minutes of a regular meeting
of the Village Council of said Village held August 4, 1969, with the original
thereof on file in my office and the same is a full, true and complete trans-
cript therefrom.
