RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT
AND
CALLING FOR PUBLIC HEARING

Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
i Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the

4th day of August, 1969.
The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hintz,
Humphrey, Johnson and Kindseth. 'rhe following members were absent: None
Councilman Humphrey introduced the following resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 69-242
WHEREAS, a report has been given by the Village Engineer to the Village
Council on August 4, 1969, recommending the construction of the following
streets, to -wit: Niagara, Vicksburg and Fernbrook South of Highway 1155.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF
PLYMOUTH:
"I. The Council will consider the aforesaid improvement
in accordance with the report and the assessment of
property abutting or within said boundaries for all
or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant
to M.S.A. Sec. 429.011 to 429.111, at an estimated
total cost of the improvement as shown.
2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed im-
provement on the 25th day of August, 1969 at the
Village Hall, in the Village of Plymouth at 7:30
o'clock P.M. The Village Council shall give pub-
lished notice of such hearing and improvement as
required by law."
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
seconded by Councilmanlohnson and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hintz, Humphrey, Johnson,
and Kindoeth. No one voted against.
Whereupon the motion was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the unders!gned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk -
Administrator of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify
that I have carefully compared the attached and foregoing extract
of the minutes of a regular meeting of the Village Council of said
Village held August 4, 1969, with the original thereof on file in my
office and the same is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom.
WITNESS, My hand officially as such Clerk -Administrator and the
corporate seal of the Village this 10th day of September, 1969.
