` Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village
Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 4th day of
August, 1969. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen
Hintz, Humphrey, Johnson and Kindseth. The following members were absent: Non
Ce!ncilruan Johnson introduced the following ReSOlttion and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 69-241
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUVr IL OF TAT_.
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH: ORDERING A PRELIMINARY REPORT ON THE CONSTRDC'ION OF
NIAGARA, VICKSBURG AND FERNBROOK SOUTH OF HIGHWAY 1155.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Humphrey, and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favoz thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hintz, Humphrey,
Johnson and Kindseth. No one voted against.
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

j I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk -
Administrator of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify

the minutes of a regular meeting of the Village Council of said Village
held August 4, 19690 with the original thereof on file in my office and
j the same is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom.
