HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1969-240VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the I 'i 28th day of July, 1969. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, I Councilmen Johnson, Kindseth, Hintz and Humphrey. The following members were absent: None. Councilman Johnson introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 69-240 NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH: APPROVING THE FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF MINNEAPOLIS CONSTRUCTION AND SINKING FUND DISBURSEMENT FOR THE PERIOD ENDING JULY 28, 1969 IN THE AMOUNT OF $5,806,400.64. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Hintz, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, CounciLen Johnson, Kindseth, +' Hintz and Humphrey. No one voted against. Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
