Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the

'i 28th day of July, 1969. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde,
I
Councilmen Johnson, Kindseth, Hintz and Humphrey. The following members
were absent: None.
Councilman Johnson introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 69-240
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH: APPROVING THE FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF MINNEAPOLIS
CONSTRUCTION AND SINKING FUND DISBURSEMENT FOR THE PERIOD ENDING JULY 28,
1969 IN THE AMOUNT OF $5,806,400.64.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Hintz, and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, CounciLen Johnson, Kindseth,
+' Hintz and Humphrey. No one voted against.
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk -
Administrator of the Villcge of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify
that I have carefully compared the attached and f:%cegoing extract
of the minutes of a special meeting of the Village Council of said
Village held July 28, 1969, with the original thereof on file in my
i' office and the same is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom.
