VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held onthe
28th day of July, 1969. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde,
Councilmen Johnson, Rindseth, Hintz and Humphrey. The following members were
absent: None

Councilman Hintz introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 69-239
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH: APPROVING THE FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF WAYZATA
DISBURSEMENT FOR THE PERIOD ENDING JULY 28, 1969 IN THE AMOUNT OF

$41,786.67.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Johnson, and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilman Johnson, Rindseth
Hintz and Humphrey. No one voted against.
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk -
Administrator of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, herby certify
that I have carefully compared the attached and foregoing extract
of the minutes of a special meeting of the Village Council of said
Village held July 28, 1969, with the original thereof on file in mm
office and the some is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom.
WITNESS, My hand officially as such Clerk -Administrator and the
corporate seal of the Village this 21st day of August. 1969.
