HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1969-239I VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held onthe 28th day of July, 1969. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson, Rindseth, Hintz and Humphrey. The following members were absent: None iatric i*i i*i Councilman Hintz introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 69-239 NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH: APPROVING THE FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF WAYZATA DISBURSEMENT FOR THE PERIOD ENDING JULY 28, 1969 IN THE AMOUNT OF I $41,786.67. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Johnson, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilman Johnson, Rindseth Hintz and Humphrey. No one voted against. Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. STATE OF MINNESOTA ) COUNTY OF HENNEPIN ) SS. VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH ) I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk - Administrator of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, herby certify that I have carefully compared the attached and foregoing extract of the minutes of a special meeting of the Village Council of said Village held July 28, 1969, with the original thereof on file in mm office and the some is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom.
