HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1969-238VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 28th day of July, 1969, The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson, Kindseth, Hintz and Humphrey. The following members were absent: None Councilman Humphrey introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 69-238 NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH: A STUDY PY THE MINNESOTA STATE HIGHWAY DEPARTMENT OF E`,i3TS ON INTERSTATE #494 AND 1455, PARTICULARLY FROM THE SOUTH, AND SETTINi UP A SYNCHRONIZED TRAFFIC CONTROL ON #55 AND CONTROL THE PROBLEM AT THE INTERSECTION OF #494 AND #55. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Johnson, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson, Kindseth, Hintz and Humphrey. No one voted against. Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. STATE OF MINNESOTA ) COUNTY OF HENNEPIN ) SS. VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH ) I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Cler':- Administrator of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared the attached and foregoing extract of the minutes of a special meeting of the Village Council of said Village held July 28, 1969, with the original thereof on file in my office and the same is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom.
