HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1969-237W VILLAGE OF PLM40UTH NOW Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 28th day of July, 1969. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson, Kindseth, Hintz and Humphrey. There were no absent members. Councilman Hintz introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 69-237 NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH: ORDERING THE ENGINEER TO PREPARE A PRELIMINARY REPORT FOR WATER AND SEWER FOR THE AREA COVERED BY PROJECT 69-1, 8-A GIVING THE ASSESSMENT COST FOR THE COMBINED INSTALLATION. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Johnson, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson, Kindseth, Hintz and Humphrey. No one voted against. Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. STATE OF MINNESOTA ) COUNTY OF HENNEPIN ) SS. VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH ) I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk - Administrator of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared the attached and foregoing extract of the minutes of a special meeting of the Village Council of said Village held July 28, 1969, with the original thereof on file in my office and the same is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom.
