VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
4th Day of August, 1969. The following members were present:
Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hintz, Humphrey, Kindseth and Johnson. No members
were absent.
Councilman Humphrey introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 69-236
WHEREAS Hr. Robert W. Pritchard of 4528 -58th Avenue North,
Suite 132 has requested approval of the final plat plan of Timber Shores.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF
PLYMOUTH:
APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT OF TIMBER SHORES SUBMITTED BY ROBERT PRITCHARD
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution Was duly seconde
w'
by Councilman Johnson and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted
ii in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hintz, Humphrey, Kindseth and
Johnson. No one voted against.

WHEREUPON the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting clerk of the
Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully
compared the foregoing extract of minutes of a regular meeting of the
Village Council of said village held the 4th day of August, 1969, with
the original thereof on file in my office and the same i9 a full, true
and complete transcript.therefrom.
WITNESS, My hand officially as such clerk and the corporate seal
of the Village this 5th day of August, 1969.
