Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
s.
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the
21st day of July, 1969.
The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Rind-
s� seth, Johnson and Hintz. And the following members were absent: Council-
man Humphrey.
!' Councilman Hintz introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 69-235
NOW THEREFORE BE IT HERESY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE

VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
1. That the Regular Payroll of the Village of Plymouth dated
July 15, 1969 and totaling $11,904.44 be and hereby is

approved.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
jseconded by Councilman Johnson and upon vote being taken thereon, the

�) following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Kindseth,
i� Johnson and Hintz; and there were none who voted against.

(► Whereupon said Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully com-
