RESOLUTIOF APPROVING PLA14S AND SPECIFICATIONS ANIS
ORDERING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting, of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth. Minnesota, was held an the
21at day of July, 1969.
The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson,
Hintz and Kindseth. The following members were absent: Councilman Humphrey.
Councilman Johnson introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 69-234
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH: THE DIRECTION OF THE ENGINEER TO PROCEED WITH GETTING
BIDS TO TELEVISE SEWER AREAS IN THE SOUTHWEST SEWER PROJECT 68-1E.
1. "Such plans and specifications, a copy of which are attached
hereto and made a part hereof, are hereby approved.
2. The Village Clerk shall prepare and cause to be inserted in the
official paper and in the Minnetonka Sun an advertisement for
bids upon the masking of such improvement under such approval
plans and specifications. The advertisement shall be published
for two weeks, shall specify the work to be done, shall state
that bids will be opened and considered by the Council at
10:00 a.m. on August 15, 1969, in the Council Chambers of the
Village Hall, and that no bids will be considered unless sealed
and filed wiq,' the Clerk and accompanied by a cas deposit, cashier'
check, bid bond or certified check payable to the Clerk for
52 percent of the amount of such bid."
The motion for the adoption of the aoregoing Resolution was duly

seconded by Councilman Hints and upon vote being taken thereon, the
!' following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson, Hintz,

and Kindseth. No one voted against.
WHEREUPON, said Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting clerk of
the Village of Plymouth. Minnesotr, hereby certify that I have carefully
compared the attached and foregoing extract of minutes of a regular
meeting of the Village Council of said Village held July 21, 19690
with the original thereof on file in my office and the same is a full,
true and complete transcript therefrom.
WITNESS, My hand officially as such clerk and the corporate seal
of the Village this 20th day of August, 969.
