Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
21st day of July, 1969. The following members were present: Mayor fiilde,
Councilmen Johnson, Hintz and Kindseth. The following members were absent:
Councilman Humphrey.
Councilman Johnson introduced the fallowing Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 69-232
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH: APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 1 FOR AN ADDITIONAL
AMOUNT OF $12,341.25 COVERING EXTRA WORK FOR THE WEST MEDICINE LAKR ROAD
STATE AID STREET PROJECT
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Hintz, and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson, Hintz,
and Kindseth. No one voted against.
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk -
Administrator of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify
that I have carefully compared the attached and foregoing extract
of the minutes of a regular meting of the Village Council of said
Village held July 21, 1969. with the original thereof on file in my
office and the same is a fall, true and complete transcript therefrom.
