HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1969-231VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minneso_a was held on the 21st day of July, 1969. The following members were presents Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson, Hintz and Kindseth. The following members were absent: Councilman Humphrey. Councilman Johnson introduced the following Fesolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 69-231 NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE I VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH: APPROVING THE AGREEMENT GRANTING RIGHT OF ENTRY OF THE PROPERTY AS DESCRIBED IN RESOLUTION NO. 69-230 (WHICH INCLUDES THE NEk OF THE NE' -i OF SECTIONZ8, T. 118, R. 22, (WHICH EXCLUDES THE SELLERS' RESIDENCE AND APPROXIMATELY 5 ACRES OF LAND) SUBJECT TO THE ATTORNEY'S REVIEW AND BOND MATURITY AS DESIGNATED IN PARAGRAPH 2B OF THE PROPOSED CONTRACT) f_ The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Hintz, and upon vote being taken thereon the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson, Hintz and Kindseth. No one voted against. Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. STATE OF MINNESOTA- ) COUNTY OF HENNEPIN ) SS.
