Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
21st day of July, 1969. The following members were present: Mayor HHilde,
Councilrem Johnson, Hintz and Kindseth. The following members were absent:
Councilman Humphrey.
Councilman Kindseth introduced the following Resolution and moved
Its adoption:
RESOLUTION N;. 69-230
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH: APPROVING THE AGREEMENT OF PURCHASE AND SALE OF
APPROXIMATELY 35 ACRES IN THE NEh OF THE NEh OF SECTIOXZ8, T. 118, R.22
(WHICH EXCLUDES THE SELLER'S RESIDENCE AND APPROXIMATELY 5 ACRES OF LAND)
SUBJECT TO THE ATTORNEY'S REVIEW AND BOND MATURITY AS DESIGNATED IN
PARAGRAPH 2B OF THE PROPOSED CONTRACT.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Hints, and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson,
Hintz and Kindseth. No one voted against.
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk -
Administrator of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify
that I have carefully compared the attached and foregoing extract
of the minutes of a regular meeting of the Village Council of said
Village held July 21, 1969, with the original thereof on file in my off
office and the same is a full, true m*A complete transcript therefrom.
