Pursuant to due call aad notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
21st day of July, 1969. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde,
Councilmen Johnson, Hint: and Klndaeth The following members were absent:
Councilman Humphrey.

Councilman Johnson introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 69-229
WHEREAS ,Albert Snyder of 17730D 19th Avenue :North requests verification
of the assessment footage and acreage on Outlot A Snydcr's P�ne Ridge
Addition.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH: THE VERIFICATION OF THE ASSESSMENT FOOTAGE AND
ACREAGE ON OUTLOT A SNYDER'S PINE RIDGE ADDITION AS FOLLOWS
' FRONT FOOTAGE: 260 FRONT FEET
ACREAGE: TOTAL: 6.63 ACRES
LESS LA gE: 3.35 "
LESS SWAMP: 1.24 "
Z�4 IQET ACRES
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Kindseth, and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson, Hint:
and Kindseth. No one voted against.
i Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
