Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth. Minnesota wa3 geld on the
21st day of July, 1969. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde,
Councilmen Johnson, Hintz and Kindseth. The following members were absent:
Councilman Humphrey.
Councilman Johnson introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 69-228
WHEREAS, Mr. Albert Snyder has requested release of his bond for Snyders
Pineridge Addition.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF
THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH: TO REDUCE FROM $600 TO $400 THE BOND OF ALBERT
SNYDER ON SNYDER'S PINE RIDGE ADDITION.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Kindseth, and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson, Hintz
and Kindseth. No one voted against.
Whereupon the Resolution uas declared duly passed and adopted.
