HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1969-226VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regualr meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 21st day of July, 1969. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson, Hintz and Kindseth, The following members were absent: Councilman Humphrey. Councilman Johnson introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 69-226 NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH. Preliminary approval of Hennepin County's plan to relocate County Road #9 between County Road #18 and Interstate #494 subject to further analysis of the safety of the approaches on the south side of the new alignment at West Medicine Lake Drive and at Xeniva Lane. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Hintz, and upon vote being taken thereon, the voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson, Hintz and Kindseth. No one voted against. Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. t*t STATE OF MINNESOTA ) COUNTY OF HENNEPIN ) SS. VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH ) I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk - Administrator of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared the attached and foregoing extract of the minutes of a regular meeting of the Village Council of said Village held July 21, 1969, with the original thereof on file in my office and the same is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom.
