RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENTS
AND
PREPARATION OF PLANS
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 21st
day of July, 1969.
The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson,
Etintz and Kindseth. The following members were absent: Councilmen Humphrey.
Councilman Hintz introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 69-224
WHEREAS, a Resolution of the Village Council adopted the 16th day of
j June, 1969, fixed the 21st day of July, 1969, as the date for a public
hearing on:

INSTALLATION OF SANITARY SEWER, WATER MAIN AND STREET RESTORATION
PROJECT 69-1,8,0-B, with respect to the following streets, to -wit:
Kreatz Highview Acres, 4th Addition, Blocks 1, 2 i 3
Kreatz HighviewLAkrss, 5th Addition, Blocks 1, 2 6 3

WHEREAS, all property owners whose property is liable to be assessed for

the making of these improvements were given ten days' published notice of
the Council hearing through two weekly publications of the required notice
and the hearing was held and property owners heard on the 21st day of
July, 1969.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF•THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:

"1. Such improvements as set out above and for the streets as above
indicated are hereby ordered as proposed in the Council Resolution
adopted July 21, 1969.
2. The Village Engineer is hereby directed to prepare plans and
specifications for the making of such improvements."

j The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Johnson and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
{ voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson, Hintz and Kindseth.

No one voted against.
Whereupon the motion was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting clerk of the
Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared
the attached foregoing extract of minutes of a regular meeting of the Village
Council of said Village held July 21, 1969, with the original thereof on file
in my office and the same is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom.
