HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1969-223VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENTS AND PREPARATION OF PLANS f Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 21st day of July, 1969. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson, Hintz and Kindseth. The following members were absent: Councilman Humphrey. Councilman Johnson introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 69-223 WHEREAS, a Resolution of the Village Council adopted the 16th day of June, 1969, fixed the 21st day of July, 1969, as the date for a public 4earing on: SEWER AND WATER INSTALLATION ON 5TH, 6TH AND UPLAND LANE PROJECT 69-1 with respect to the following streets, to -wit: 1. Sanitary Sewer, Water and Street Improvement: Homedale Manor - Block 1, Lots I through 8 Block 2, Lots 11 through 20 Block 3, Lot 1 Homedale Manor lot Addition - Block 1, Lots 1 through 2 Block 2, Lots 1 and 2 `f 2. Water Main: Homedale Manor 1st Addition Block 2, Lots 3 through 9 t Block 3, Lots 1 through 7 Whereas, all property owners whose property is liable to be assessed for the making of these improvements were given ten days' published notice of the Council hearing through two weekly publications of the required notice and the hearing was held and property owners heard on the 21st day of July, 1969. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH: "1. Such improvements as set out above anA for the streets above indicated are hereby ordered as proposed in the Council Resolution adopted July 21, 1969. 2. The Village Engineer is hereby directed to prepare plans and specifications for the making of such improvements." The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution vas dully seconded by Councilman Hintz and upon vote being taken thereon, the . following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson, Hintz ' and Kindaeth. Councilman Humphrey was absent. Whereupon the motion was declared duly passed and adopted. STATE OF MINNESOTA ) COUNTY OF HENNEPIN ) SS. VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH ) I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting clerk of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared the attached and foregoing extract of minutes of a regular meting of the Village Council of said Village held July 21, 1969, with the original thereof on file in my office and the same is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom.
