Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
10th day of July, 1969. The following member, were present: t'Ayor Hilde,
Councilmen Kindseth, Hintz, Humphrey. The following members were absent:
Councilman Johnson.
Councilman Hintz Introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 69-222
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RL --,SOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH: THE APPROVAL OF THE 1969 VALUES OF THE ASSESSOR'S
ASSESSMENT ROLLS FOR 1969 AND FROM A CERTIFICATION OF SAID ROLLS TO THE
COUNTY.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Humphrey, and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Kindseth, Hintz,
Humphrey. No one voted against.
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk -
Administrator of the Village of Plymouth. Minnesota. hereby certify
that I have carefully compared the attached and foregoing extract
of the minutes of a special meeting of the Village Council of said
Village held July 10, 1969, with the original thereof on file in my
office and the some is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom.
WITNESS, My hand officially as such Clerk -Administrator and the
corporate seal of the Village this 28th day of July, 1969.
