Pursuant to dne call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the

The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Kindseth,
Johnson, Humphrey, Hintz. The following members were absent: None

Councilman Humphrey introduced the following Resolution and moved

WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the improvement
Of the following streets, to -wit: Deep well No 2 for the Southeast
Improvement Project #68-1E
bids were r eceLved, opened and tabulated according to law and the
following bids were received complying with the .advertisement..

The motion for the adaption of the foregoing Resolution,spas duly seconded

whereupon said resolution was ,declared duly y passed and adopted.
