The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Kindseth, Johnson, Humphrey, Hintz. The following members were absent: None 2� Councilman Humphrey introduced the following Resolution and moved i( t its adoptions RESOLUTION 69-221' }} WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the improvement Of the following streets, to -wit: Deep well No 2 for the Southeast Improvement Project #68-1E bids were r eceLved, opened and tabulated according to law and the following bids were received complying with the .advertisement..
