RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID
pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the
village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the
14th day of July, 1969.

The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen K#ndseth,

Johnson, Humphrey and Hints. The Following members were absent: None
Councilman Johnson introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:

WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bi-cs for the improvement of
the following streets, to -wit: Sanitary Sewer and Water for the Southwest
Rraett.,Project #6 Southwest Improvement Project 68-lE bids were received,

opened and tabulated according to law and the following bids were received
complying with the advertisement.
