Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a r£ga]ar meeting of the
Yiilsge Council of the Villags of Plymouth i[a!s field oo,the 7eh dao of
July, 1%9, it the Vill*6p Hall, 13800 State ovtky No. 55commencing:
at 7:30'x`clock p.m. `The following members were present: Mayor Hilde,
Councilmen'Johnson, K,ndsath and Humphrey. The following members were

its adoption:

A RESOLUTIM ADOPTING A SEGMENT OF THE .
COMPR6HEj&VE.M[ZiCIPAL PLAN RELATING TO
THE EAST MEDICINE LAKE AREA
WHEREAS, the Village Council has caused to have prepared a pro-
posed Comprehensive Guide Plan relating to zoning, land use, thorough-
fares and -related matters covering a portion of the East Medicine Lake
area of the village and,
WHEREAS, saidpxoposeB-Guide Plan has been reviewed and studied
by the planning Commission and the Village Council since Its "publication
and,
WHEREAS, on, the'25th dap of June, 1969 a public'hearingwas 'held
regarding said. Guide Plan, all: pursuant, to law and duel notice thereof,
and,
WHBRPaAS, the plasm# Y'mission. a1' the '-Viliage of Plygwut i did
recosiisOd at its regular- -iseeting;.of June 25, }969 the; formal adog;tion
of said`Guidi,;Plan bythe Pillage Council,
NOW THERRPORE; THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH
DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
1. That cairtaia Urban Design Study Preli"ry Plan, and map x
prepared by Masa:, We1►ravn Knight 6 Chapman Inc. And dated as of JuA64
1969 covering those area of the Village within the'boundaties set out
In Paragraph 2. below as a:eaatiad'and as shown on the Guide Plan map iM
hereby adopted,an-a portion of the Comprehensive Guide Platt of the
viliage'`oi Plymouth for such areas.
2.,.The fetllowing'-represents the boundary lines of that portion
of the Comprehansiva''Quide Plan hereby odopted_with the following revision:

3. Copies of such Guide Plan, including all maps included
therein shall be available at the Village Hall for public inspection.

The above motion was seconded by Councilman Humphrey and upon.vote
t
being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson, Kindseth and Humphrey. No one voted
against.
r Whereupon said resolution was declared to be duly passed and
adopted.
