The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson,. Kindsethand•,Humphrey. The following 11 members were absent: Councilman Hintz I, Councilmen Humphrey introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: { RESOLUTION NO. 69-214 WHEREAS, Melvin J. Getten requested installation of city sewer, water and blacktop streets on the entire platting of Meadowood. '1 NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLV"..D BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF c€ THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH: THE APPROVING OF THE CHANGE'ORDER REQUEST OF { MELVING J. GETTEN OF FIINNETONKA ESTATES'TO ADD TO THE SW IMPROVEMENT ip PROJECT 668 -IE SEWER, WATER 6 BLACKTOPPING OF STREETS IN THE ENTIRE 11( MEADOWOOD PLAT WITH ASSESSMENT TO BE SPREAD OVER ALL THE LOTS. j ' }i The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution Was duly seconded by Councilman Johnson, and upon vote being taken thereon, ,, E� the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson, t!
