WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve: 54th Avenue North,i�°larch G #j Heights Lagoon 2nd addition (Project 69-BD) and assess the abutting property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement, pursuant to M.S.A. Sec. 429.111. (Blacktopping) NOW, TEfEurm.
