?� Councilman Johnson introduced the following Resolution and moved its

RESOLUTION N0, 69-209
!' WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve: 54th Avenue North,i�°larch

#j Heights Lagoon 2nd addition (Project 69-BD) and assess the abutting property
for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement, pursuant to M.S.A.
Sec. 429.111. (Blacktopping)

„.That the proposed improvement be referred to the Village
Engineer for ,study and that be is-instructed to report,
to the Council with all convenient speed, advise the Council
in a --eliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement
j is f"—ible and as to whether it should best be made as
proposed or in connection with some other improvement and
the estimated .cost of the improvement as recommended."
'( The motion_ was seconded by Councilman Humphrey A" upon vote being
i taken thereon, the following voted in favor, of the motion: Mayor Hilde,
(, Councilmen Johnson, Kindoeth and Humphrey. No one voted against.
