Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting 8 of
the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held
i!
on the 7th day of July, 1969. The following members were present:
• Mayor Hilda, Councilman Johnson. Undeeth and Humphrey.
Councilman Hints was absent.
Councilman Humphrey introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
ii RESOLUTION NO. 69-208
WHEREAS. it is proposed to improve 1/4 mile of Vicksburg
Lane, South of State Highway 655 and assess the abutting prope•Ay
for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement, pursuant to
M.S.A. Sec. 429.011 to 429.111. (Project 69-80)
NOW THEREFORE, DE IT RESOLVED NY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE

{; 1. "That the proposed improvemsat be referred to. the Village
Engimeer for study and that he is instructed to report.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was

duly seconded by Councilman Johnson and upon vote being taken thereon,
1� the following voted in favor of the not6on. Mayor Hilde, Councilmen
i Johnson and Humphrey. Councilman Rindseth voted nay.
