Minnesota, was held on f the 7th day of July, 1%9. s4 The following members were preaepL: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen S� e Johnson, Kindseth and Omphrey. Councilman Hints was absent. Councilman Johnson introduced the following Resolution and ,lmoved its adoption: RISOLUTIOH 80. 69-207 WHEREAS, Earl Engleman requested a Sideline Waiver on Lot 3, ijand Lot 4, Block 1, Parker's Lakeside 2nd Addition (640 Quantico Lane). NOW THEREMX,; BE IT HIED? RESOLVED ST THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLTHOOTB: a,. Approved the sideline waiver of 5 feet at 640 Quantico Lane Lot 3 and northerly 17,5' of Lot 4, Block 1, Parker's Lakeside tad 4t' Addition. ` The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Humphrey, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilda, Councilmen Johnson, Humphrey and [indeeth. Ho one voted against. Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
