Mssuant to due cell and notice thereof, a regular seating of
the Village Council of the village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held
on the 7th dap of Jmlp, 1969.
The following members wase presents Mayor Hilde, Councilmen
Johnson, Kindsath and Hsphrey. Councilmen Mints was absent.

iCouncilman Johnson introduced the following Resolution and
mored its adoption:

WHEREAS: Charles C. Pierce requested a Sideline Waiver on
T.ot 1, doth 3 Piaeerest Addition, 1460 Rainier Lone.
WN TSE, RE IT HER= RESOLVLD a THE VILLA,39 COUNCIL
OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
Approving the repast for a sideline Malver.of 10 feet on<
Lot 1, Flock 3, Piaeerest Additim.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was ,
k duly seconded by Couaellme Hmophrap, and upon vote being taken
! thereon, the following toted is famir thereof: Mayor Hilda,
Cowtcila n Johnson. Kindseth and Humphrey. No one voted against.
whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
